Students
From September, Megan Wennik will be doing her placement with us. She is a fourth-year student and will be with us until the end of November. She’d like to introduce herself to you.
Dear (expectant) parents,
I’m Megan Wennink (26) and a fourth-year midwifery student. Over the next 12 weeks, I’ll be doing an internship at the Westerkade midwifery practice.
I’m really looking forward to this, as it’s my final placement, and I hope to graduate as a midwife afterwards. You may see me during consultations, during labour and in the postnatal period, where I’d love to support you with your questions and choices. If you’d prefer not to have me there, please do let the midwives know!
See you soon!
Megan Wennink
