Prem Geboortezorg

It has been agreed nationally that organizations that provide birth care, need to measure the experiences of clients. All maternity care organizations use the same questionnaire for this, namely the PREM Geboortezorg. Every woman who has given birth to a viable baby is offered this questionnaire. It is a short questionnaire with 14 questions about what is important to you as a maternity woman and useful to us as healthcare providers. You will automatically receive this questionnaire by e-mail after birth. Information for client you can find here

Complaint procedure

Unfortunately, sometimes things don’t work out like they should have, or you might be dissatisfied with some part of the treatment you received in our practice. In that case, we are very sorry you felt that way and want to do everything to improve for the next time. We kindly invite you to share your experiences with us and work together on finding better solutions for our practice for the future. Please do let us know how we can improve our treatment and let other patients benefit from your experiences, too. From our point of view, a good talk can ease and clarify many feelings, and put you in a good position to move forward. 

Is it not possible to work out a solution together with us, or do you need assistance in filing a complaint? You always have the opportunity to contact the CBKZ complaint office (Centraal Bureau Klachtenmanagement in de Zorg) for independent advice and support in your respective issue. You will of course receive help in finding the right solution for you in a trustful and confidential manner.
